We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

What This Board Is:
This is a place for Christians to come together, chat, hang out, talk about issues concerning them, and discuss matters of the Faith. It is also a place of encouragement, a place to ask for prayer, and a place to just have fun, as well as a place for debating matters of interest.
What This Board Is Not:
While there are many uses and activities possible on this board, there are some that are prohibited. Philadelphia Church Subang 2 Forums is not a dating service. Asking for help with a relationship, although not recommended, is allowed, but please do not start topics or talk in chat asking for a date or a boyfriend or girlfriend. Philadelphia Church Subang 2 Forums is not a political soapbox, and is not to be used as such. Philadelphia Church Subang 2 Forums is not a place for illicit or illegal activities, including the promotion or request of illegal software. People of other religions, belief systems, and worldviews are allowed; however, proselytizing, bashing (the Christian) God, bashing Christians, or attacking Christianity (or any of the aspects thereof) is prohibited.
Membership:
Membership of this board is permanent, unless forfeited by the user, or nullified by the administration (see below). If you are a member, you are granted the ability to post, read, create threads, and upload files, should you so desire.
Membership is subject to the terms and conditions of this set of rules, as well as those that you agree to when you sign up.
Conditions of Membership:
1. You must be 13 or over.
2. You must agree to follow the terms you committed to when you signed up.
3. You must follow this set of rules.
Forfeiture of Membership:
Your membership will be forfeited and your IP banned under the following circumstances:
a. Inappropriate conduct or behavior
b. Violation of one or more rules (Which will be decided at the discretion of the staff)
c. Intentional trouble-making, or disruption of the peace.
d. The posting of any material that is deemed defamatory, untrue, or opprobrious by the Admins or Moderators.
The administrators reserve the right to revoke your membership and posting privleges at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
Rules of Conduct:
1. All members are expected to behave in a Christ-like manner.
2. All members are to obey the Golden Rule (Treat others like you would want to be treated)
3. All members are to respect the Moderators.
4. You will not post anything depicting or condoning sexual behavior. Non-Biblical sexual behavior should not be advertised on a Christian board in any way.
5. All debating is to be done in the debate forum. Topics that become debates will be moved to the debate forum.
6. Please remember to be civil and polite.
7. All debates must be based on Christian values, and therefore be between Christians only, or be totally nonreligious (i.e. chocolate vs. vanilla).
8. Posts that are irrelevant to the topic, spam, or debates on whether or not Christianity is right/true will be deleted.
9. Profanity in any form is forbidden. This includes taking God's name in vain. Euphemisms for profanities are not allowed. (i.e. frigging, frick, gosh darn it, ect.)
10. Name calling is not allowed in any way, shape, form or language.
11. Do not post anything that bashes God, Christians, or fellow members.
11.b. There will be no discrimination of different forms or doctrines of Christianity. We may not agree on everything, but we should be building one another up rather than tearing each other down.
12. All links posted (or sigged) will be reviewed by a moderator and removed if warranted. Whether a linked site is acceptable or not will be judged on a case by case basis. Topics that are based on links which have been deemed unacceptable will be closed, and the links removed.
13. Do not post anything depicting graphic violence, pornography, or any other material deemed offensive.
14. Remember this is a Christian site, and advertisement of other religions or belief systems is not allowed.
15. Only Christians are allowed to post in the God Talk forums. Posts made by atheists and members of other religions will be deleted.
16. Actions taken by Admins/Moderators should not be discussed publicly or on the main forum (this includes discussing and bashing the rules when they have already been made perfectly clear). If you have a complaint with a particular Staff member or decision made by them, contact that Staff member via a PM or e-mail. If that fails to provide you with a mutual agreement on the matter, speak to an Admin. If the person you were contacting is an Admin, contact another Admin. In the event you verbally attack a staff member, you relinquish all rights, and forfeit your membership. This includes all staff of Philadelphia Church Subang 2 Forums, denoted by the special icon under their avatar. Mocking staff is also prohibited. Any such abuse (account names mocking the staff, making fun of a staff member, etc.) will be met with an immediate ban.
17. Do not post personal info, such as your address or phone number on the main forums.
18. Do not start threads or use the private messaging system for the purpose of plugging/advertising other websites. Topics that violate this rule will be closed, and the links removed.
19. Please refrain from making posts that are only one word. This is spam. If you wish to post something, please type a message. One word posts (unless found in an appropriate forum game) will be deleted.
20. All members are to obey any and all forum related directives given by Admins and moderators. (In other words, do what the Mods tell you. If they tell you to stop doing something, then stop!)
21. No "AIM speak." Period. All posts must be made in a readable format. Unnecessary abbreviations (such as 'r' instead of 'are' and 'u' instead of 'you') are prohibited. Please avoid using excessive exclamation points, and/or typing in all caps. This also includes topic titles.
22. Slander/Defamation/Gossip etc is not to be tolerated on Philadelphia Church Subang 2 Forums, in any way, shape or form. There are many Biblical verses against this, and as a website for Christians, we expect our members to follow the teachings of the Bible in this case.

23. Members should only have one account. All additional accounts will be locked.
Note: If you are unsure of whether a post is acceptable or not contact the Admin or a Moderator before posting.
Rules of the Chatroom
1. All members are to behave and act in a Christ-like manner in the chatroom, remember to be respectful towards the other members and Staff.
2. All members are to respect the Moderators at all times
3. All members are subject to Moderator authority, and must obey any Mod-given directives.
4. All members are not to argue with a Moderator's actions, period, and should take complaints first to the said staff member, and then to the administration. All of this must be done by forum PM.
5. No cursing is allowed in the chat room, nor is lewd, or crude language. You may not bypass the filter using asterisks, hashes etc and may not use euphemisms for cursing.
6. Any website a Moderator has judged as inappropriate is not to be discussed in any way.
7. At no time is it tolerable for a member to enter the rooms dedicated to members of the opposite gender.
8. At no time is it acceptable to bypass a gag, doing so will result in a temporary ban from the chat room, and a permanent ban upon numerous offenses.
9. Once banned from the chat room, returning on a alternate IP address or proxy will result in a account suspension according to the discretion of the moderator. This action may or may not be taken without warning. In the event of a return, your account is null and void, and will be handled as a "behind the back." (Refer to the Banning section of the Rules)
10. AIM speak is fine in small doses, but an obsessive amount will draw warnings. Further use will result in a suspension.
11. Posting links to pictures or websites that may be considered immoral, sensual, dangerous, or displeasing from the Moderator's perspective is prohibited.
12. Posting a message with a massive amount (5+) of emoticons is prohibited.
13. Please refrain from making posts that are only one word or letter. This is spam and causes lag. If you wish to post something, please type a substantial message.
14. Do not post any personal details, such as your address, phone number etc. This is for your own protection.
15. This is a Christian Chatroom, advertisement of other religions/belief systems is prohibited.
16. If you have been suspended and do not know why, speak to a Staff member. If that particular staff member does not know, do not continue to ask them nor pester them to find out for you.
17. At no time is it permissible to ask for nude pictures, to initiate or take part in any form of perverse talk, or have "cyber" sex and or sensual relationships.
Member Signatures:
As with most forum software our software allows the use of signatures. You can use text, images or both for your signature. Please do not include any personal information within your signature (this is for your safety).
If you have a text only signature your signature must not exceed ten lines (including line breaks). You may contain one text link in your signature to your personal or another outside site (Note: this link must follow all rules and guidelines listed above).
If you choose to use an image for your signature you may only use one image and the image may not exceed the size of 200h x 500w (Note: this image must follow all rules and guidelines listed above). Any images in your signature can not exceed the size of 75kb. If you include an image you may not exceed two lines of text above or beneath the image.
Concerning Moderators:
Moderators are staff members of Philadelphia Church Subang 2 Forums that help ensure that the rules are followed, as well as keeping the forums orderly. Moderators have the authority (and power) to edit or delete any post, signature, thread, or profile fields should they be objectionable, or violate one or more rules.
If you have a question about a rule, post, or need help with something on Philadelphia Church Subang 2 Forums, contact a moderator. Moderators are also able to provide assistance should a thread need to be moved or edited.
Moderators are chosen at the discretion of the administrators. Being appointed as a moderator is not a position that can be applied for. In other words, do not ask to become a moderator. If an administrator wishes for you to be a moderator, they will contact you.
Banning:
If you break one or more rules, you will be warned. If you ignore the warning, or continue to break the rules, your account will be forfeit and your IP will be banned.
When you are banned you will not have the ability to post in the forums. You will receive no warning before you are banned. It is your responsibility to have read the rules and to know them. If you break them it will be assumed that at the time you knew you were breaking them.
If you have previously been banned on Philadelphia Church Subang 2 Forums, any attempt to sneak back on "through the back door" via a new account will simply not be tolerated. Such people will be banned on sight. Also, it is worth noting that a member has the right to appeal a ban on his/her account by contacting an Admin via e-mail. If a member instead tries to sneak back on and avoid the ban via a new account, their right to appeal will be considered forfeit.
Should you be banned from the website, you have the right to appeal the ban to an Administrator via e-mail. Whether you utilize this right is up to you, however any attempts to bypass the ban will forfeit your right to appeal and any such requests will be considered null and void.
Responsibility of Reading Rules
Remember, as a member it is your responsibility to read the rules and adhere to them. If you fail to do so and later find yourself being punished for breaking a rule were not aware of, you will be held accountable regardless. If you fail to read the rules, it is your fault, the Staff will be perfectly within their rights to discipline you as they see fit regardless
The staff reserves the right to ban any member, at any time, for any reason, without warning, and without explanation.
